Placing an Order
An order can be placed via email or telephone, simply provide us with your requirements and we can tell you the exact details before proceeding.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made via credit card, cheque or postal order (please allow ten working days for cheque to clear unless a cheque guarantee card can be produced)
Delivery
We only use known delivery services such as royal mail. All items are sent on a signed delivery unless stated within the order. Delivery will be added on to the final price of the items.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made before products have been delivered, if cancellation is made after this period see next point.
Satisfactory Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product and wish to return it, this must be done within seven days of delivery, any postage charge must be paid by the buyer. The item being sent back must be in the same condition as it was sent originally. Upon these details will a full refund be given.
